What is Pressure forming?

Pressure forming uses pressure on a plastic sheet that has been placed in or on a template. Pressure levels are much higher than in vacuum forming, users can leverage pressure forming to achieve higher levels of detail in the parts or tools they create. Pressure forming can apply much more force to the sheet than vacuum forming, to achieve far higher levels of detail in thicker plastics than can be used with vacuum forming
